WE provide 100% product refunds DELIVERY CHARGES WILL NOT BE REUFUNDED.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any product that is damaged or shows signs of wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund.

    • Provide your order details, including the order number and product(s) you wish to return.

    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label if applicable.

    • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

    • The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Some items are not eligible for refunds. These include:

      • Gift cards or vouchers.

      • Downloadable software or digital products.

      • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.

      • Personalized or customized items.

      • Perishable goods, such as food or flowers.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Unless the return is due to an error on our part, shipping costs for returning items are generally the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  5. Exchange Policy:

    • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can always go and get a refund and order your desired product with our favorite  color or size!
